We are a licensed Texas electrical contractor and an authorized Cummins Residential and Light Commercial generator dealer, working across the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex.
The combination that matters
Most generator sellers are one thing or the other. Online retailers ship boxes and have no ability to install, permit or service what they sell. Electricians install equipment they buy through a distributor and have no dealer relationship behind it.
We are both. The dealer authorization means factory equipment, factory parts and valid factory warranty. The electrical license means the company that sold it to you is the company that installs it, pulls the permit, meets the inspector and answers the phone in year three.
How we sell
We publish what we are able to. Every residential and light commercial generator and every transfer switch carries its equipment price on the page, to the cent. RV gensets, open-set diesel and units above 100kW are quoted directly rather than listed, because they are specified against your service and switchgear rather than sold off a shelf. We publish the rest because you will find those numbers anyway, and a dealer who hides the equipment price is usually hiding more than that.
We do not quote installation without seeing the property. Installation price is driven by physical facts — gas meter capacity, line runs, panel location, local permitting — and a number produced without seeing them is either padded or provisional.
The dealer and the installer
UTS ElectricPros is the authorized Cummins dealer. That is the relationship that gets you factory equipment, factory parts and a valid factory warranty, and it is the business this site belongs to.
The installation is performed by Clements Electric (UTS, LLC dba Clements Electric), our affiliated licensed electrical contractor, operating from Grand Prairie. Same ownership, same accountability, two companies doing what each is licensed and equipped to do.
Most of this industry splits those roles across strangers. Online retailers ship a box and leave you to find an electrician. Lead sites sell your phone number to whoever pays most. Here the sale and the installation sit inside one relationship, so nobody gets to point at the other when something needs sorting out later.
Neither location is a walk-in showroom. That keeps retail overhead out of the price.
