What we collect

Information you give us: name, phone, email, service address, and details about your property that you submit through a form or tell us on a call.
Automatically collected: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location from IP, device and browser data, and advertising identifiers set by cookies.
Transaction information if you place a deposit, processed by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.

How we use it

To respond to your request, schedule a site survey, prepare a quote and perform work you have engaged us for.
To measure advertising effectiveness and improve the site.
To meet legal, tax and permitting obligations.

Advertising and analytics

We use Google Analytics and the Meta pixel, including server-side conversion measurement, to understand which advertising produces genuine enquiries. These tools set cookies and may receive hashed identifiers such as an email address, which lets a platform match a conversion to an ad click without us disclosing your address in the clear.

You can opt out of personalised advertising through your Google and Meta account settings, and you can block cookies in your browser. Blocking them does not affect your ability to use this site or to get a quote.

Calls and texts

If you tick the consent box on a form, you agree we may call or text you about your request, including by automated means. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to opt out.

Sharing

We share information with service providers who operate on our behalf — hosting, analytics, payment processing, financing partners you choose to apply with, and subcontracted crews performing your work. We do not sell personal information.

Your Texas rights

Under the Texas Data Privacy and Security Act, Texas residents may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their personal data, and may opt out of targeted advertising. Email [email protected] to exercise any of these rights. We will verify your identity before acting.

Retention and security

We keep enquiry records as long as needed for the purpose collected and for legal and tax requirements, then delete them. We use reasonable safeguards, though no method of transmission over the internet is completely secure.
