Terms of sale
These terms govern equipment purchases and quotes through this site. Installation work is governed by the separate written installation agreement you sign before work begins.
Pricing
Equipment prices shown are for the equipment only. They exclude installation, permits, freight beyond what is stated, and applicable sales tax. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice; a deposit locks your equipment price for 90 days.
We make every effort to keep pricing accurate. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we will contact you and either honour the correct price or refund you in full at your option.
Quotes
Installation quotes are issued in writing after an on-site survey and are valid for the period stated on the quote. A quote is not binding until accepted in writing by both parties.
Deposits
Deposits are governed by our deposit and refund policy, which forms part of these terms.
Installation
Installation is performed by licensed personnel under a separate written agreement covering scope, schedule, change orders and workmanship warranty. Conditions discovered during installation that were not reasonably visible at survey — concealed utilities, undocumented prior work, code violations in existing systems — may require a change order, which we will present for approval before proceeding.
Warranty
Equipment carries the manufacturer's limited warranty. Our workmanship warranty is set out in the installation agreement. See the warranty page.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Texas law, our liability arising from equipment sold or work performed is limited to the amount you paid for the equipment or work in question. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of use, spoilage or business interruption.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, and venue lies in Dallas County, Texas.
